Laundry & Packing Day!
5:30 a.m.
first load of laundry in washer!
7:15 a.m.
The load of reds in the washer is almost done. I've showered and shaved. We ate breakfast. Brandon is on the treadmill and Rachel is waiting to get on.
1:30 p.m.
Finally! All our boarding passes are printed and ready. The laundry is finished and the suitcases are upstairs. The kids are laying out their clothes. Julie has a couple more patients and then we can start packing. In the mean time, I've paid the bills adn am going to mow the lawn.
8:53 p.m.
We've been packing and eatting dinner, since 4:30 p.m. today. I need my pillow! Julie is almost done with Brandon's suitcase. Rachel's stuff has yet to be started. Julie's checked bag is complete. To bed soon...
9:32 p.m.
Brandon and I are done with the dishes and are chillaxin in bed. We just have to wait on one last minute item in the laundry, Brandon's jacket.
{As you can tell, I started a couple days early in my quest to journal our trip to Germany. It helped me start to get into the mindset of putting on paper what is happening or what happened on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I did not continue this habit, upon returning stateside.}
